To place an order at International fruits market is very easy. One can start by entering an item keyword (name) in the search box to find the item or simply browse through the categories, when you have found the item you want, click on the add to cart icon to add them to your shopping cart, when you are done, click on checkout to complete your order.

Do you accept orders by phone?

What happens to my cart if I leave before completing my order?

At International Fruits Market, we have an auto cart saver for all registered members, to ensure that everything you have in your shopping cart is saved, so that the next time you come back, you can pick up from where you left off.

Do product images reflect exactly what I will receive?

Most items on our website do have actual images of what will be delivered, though some items might vary slightly from what is displayed on the website, This happens occasionally for a variety of reasons and the colour, shape and size on our website may not reflect exactly the actual item that will be delivered to you.

What happens if my desired item is unavailable?

We delight in going the extra mile to ensure we always have all your shopping needs. If after checking and the item is still unavailable; we will contact, you to offer suitable replacements.

You may decide not to accept the replacements, but once you accept and confirm it, we will despatch it to you.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes, you can change, reschedule or cancel both paid and cash-on-delivery order not later than 20 minutes after the order has been made or before the item has been scheduled for delivery.

Order cancellation must be received before this deadline and after the deadline, a 100% item restocking fee will be charged.
